The BCS Electronic Reports Product leverages the power of the Internet to provide you with a robust report delivery and archival system for a fraction of the cost of traditional COLD storage applications. The product replaces your cumbersome and costly printing, bursting and manual delivery processes with automated delivery right to the users desktop via the internet and a browser. Reports can be archived for later retrieval, thereby eliminating the need for costly rerun/reprints.

The BCS Electronic Reports Product provides:

• Any existing computer generated report is captured prior to physically being printed.
• The captured report is transferred to the BCS server via standard FTP protocols.
• End users are authorized for appropriate levels of access (which reports and even which fields and value ranges on each report they are to be allowed to view).
• Each report is immediately available for viewing at any location with internet connectivity and a browser. Nothing is installed at the user location.
• The product allows the client to define 'indexes' into the report contents which allow users to select/retrieve information based on the values of fields in the report.  
• Users can print selected pages of a report on a local printer.
• Reports can be saved for any user specified duration for retrieval later.
• Reruns can be automatically updated in the distribution database.
• No manual processing is required.
